Delmet has designed and manufactured compact portable systems capable of electro-pickling and electropolishing of stainless steel, which can also be used for the rouge removal process for immediate results on small-sized products, with a reduction in costs. An innovation that goes hand in hand with the corporate environmental policy which has always paid attention to limiting the impact that production processes have on the environment. The DLT & CGT machines in fact allow to minimize the disposal of rinsing water which contains dangerous environmental pollutants thanks also to the recovery by fularding, or using a wet cloth, of the reduced quantities of residue on the treated surface. Since it is possible to work and dispose of it on one's own, the costs are considerably lower.
